MICARA ESTATES

Micara Estates were developed last Jan. 2014. The area is on Antero Soriano Ave. Tanza, Cavite 26.3 km away from MOA. The location is far from the fault line and is 10 up to 20 meters above sea level.

There are 3 affordable houses and it is around 70 hectares compose of 10 phases. They are developing Phase 1 to 5 then soon phase 6 to 10.

There are 80 families inside the estate at the moment. There are schools, hospitals, resorts, malls nearby the area.
